A simple recipe for chicken salad mixed with cranberries and pecans.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the shredded chicken in a medium bowl.
- Add the mayonnaise, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, celery, and Dijon mustard to the bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve the salad on lettuce leaves, bread, or crackers.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
