- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
- 1/2 cup cooked small shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Spoon the crab and shrimp mixture into each salmon pocket.
- Brush the outside of the salmon fillets with olive oil.
- Place the stuffed salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately.
