- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine corn, softened cream cheese, sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra spice.
