Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup hot strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let stand for 5 minutes to bloom.
- In a medium bowl, combine hot coffee, sugar, and bloomed gelatin. Stir until gelatin and sugar are completely dissolved.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together whole milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.
- Gradually whisk the milk mixture into the coffee mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual ramekins.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use more concentrated coffee.
- Adjust sugar to your sweetness preference.
- You can garnish with whipped cream or chocolate shavings if desired.
