- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- Toppings: Fresh berries, shredded coconut, granola
Instructions
- Place frozen berries, coconut milk, Greek yogurt (if using), chia seeds, and maple syrup (if using) into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and thick. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Arrange your desired toppings over the smoothie base.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker bowl, use less coconut milk or add a few more frozen berries.
- You can substitute almond milk for coconut milk if preferred.
