Instructions
- Brew your coffee strong.
- In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, and ground cinnamon.
- Heat the milk mixture over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
- Remove the milk mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the hot coffee into your mug.
- Froth the milk mixture slightly using a whisk or milk frother, if desired.
- Pour the frothed milk over the coffee.
- Sprinkle a small pinch of nutmeg on top before serving.
Notes
- For a colder drink, use cold brew coffee and chill the milk mixture before combining.
