Easy no-bake chocolate almond protein balls.
Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

- Adjust sweetness to your preference.
- Use any type of nut butter you like.
- Add other mix-ins like shredded coconut or chia seeds.
