- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups sliced bananas
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in milk and vanilla extract.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Arrange sliced bananas and strawberries over the cream cheese layer.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup, sprinkle with chopped nuts, and garnish with maraschino cherries before serving.
Notes
- For best results, chill overnight.
- You can substitute other fruits like pineapple or peaches.
- Use a sharp knife dipped in hot water to slice the cheesecake cleanly.
