- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
