Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 ounces spaghetti, broken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until no longer pink. Drain, cool, and shred.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the broken spaghetti and shredded chicken to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the soup mixture.
  • You can substitute rotisserie chicken for cooked chicken breasts.
