Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 2 tomato slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Pat the chicken breast dry.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breast.
  5. Grill or pan-fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  6. Toast the bread slices.
  7. Place the cooked chicken breast on one slice of bread.
  8. Top with lettuce and tomato.
  9. Cover with the other slice of bread.
