Ingredients

- 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 2 tomato slices
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pat the chicken breast dry.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breast.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Toast the bread slices.
- Place the cooked chicken breast on one slice of bread.
- Top with lettuce and tomato.
- Cover with the other slice of bread.
Notes
- You can add your favorite condiments like mayonnaise or mustard.
