Ingredients

- 1/2 cup tapioca starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together rice flour, tapioca starch, and salt.
- Gradually add water, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Stir in vegetable oil.
- Pour batter into a lightly oiled shallow pan or baking dish.
- Steam over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, or until noodles are firm and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly, then cut into desired noodle shapes.
Notes
- Ensure the steamer is hot before adding the noodles.
- You can add food coloring to the batter for colored noodles.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
