A quick dessert made with canned cherry pie filling and yellow cake mix.

- 1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
- 1 cup yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Spread the cherry pie filling evenly in the bottom of an 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly over the cherry filling.
- Pour the melted butter evenly over the cake mix layer.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
- You can substitute the cherry filling with another canned fruit filling, such as apple or blueberry.
