- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 12 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally, keeping the bottom and top halves together.
- Place the bottom halves of the rolls in a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until cooked through.
- Spread the cooked and crumbled sausage evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
- Top the sausage with the scrambled eggs.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs.
- Place the top halves of the rolls over the cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Brush the butter mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the tops of the rolls are lightly golden.
- Slice into individual sliders and serve warm.

- You can prepare the sausage and eggs ahead of time to save on prep time.
- Feel free to add other ingredients like cooked bacon, bell peppers, or spinach.
