A simple recipe for a grilled cheese sandwich wrapped inside a burrito shell, creating a rich, cheesy filling.

- 2 large flour tortillas
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Place two slices of American cheese on one tortilla. Top with the shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining two slices of American cheese. Place the second tortilla on top.
- Spread butter evenly on the outside of the top tortilla.
- Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat. Place the assembled sandwich in the skillet, butter-side down.
- Butter the top side of the sandwich.
- Grill for 3 to 4 minutes per side, pressing gently with a spatula, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from heat and let it rest for one minute before slicing in half.
