- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound Italian sausage, casings removed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add butter to the skillet with the meat. Stir until melted.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cooked linguine to the skillet with the meat and sauce. Toss to combine.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- You can use any type of Italian sausage you prefer.
- Adjust garlic to your taste.
