Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter and minced garlic.
  3. Spread the garlic butter evenly over each ear of corn.
  4. Season the corn with salt and pepper.
  5. Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil.
