Description

A quick and savory breakfast sandwich featuring a flaky croissant, eggs, cheese, and everything bagel seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 2 large croissants
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (scrambled or fried).
  3. While eggs cook, slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  4. Place cheese slices on top of the eggs during the last minute of cooking to melt slightly.
  5. Place the egg and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cheese and egg.
  7. Top with the other half of the croissant.

Notes

  • You can substitute cheddar cheese with Swiss or Monterey Jack.
