Ingredients

- 2 large croissants
- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Crack eggs into the skillet and cook to your preference (scrambled or fried).
- While eggs cook, slice the croissants in half horizontally.
- Place cheese slices on top of the eggs during the last minute of cooking to melt slightly.
- Place the egg and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the cheese and egg.
- Top with the other half of the croissant.
Notes
- You can substitute cheddar cheese with Swiss or Monterey Jack.
- Cook the eggs scrambled for easier assembly.
