Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup finely grated carrots
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple.
  3. Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in grated carrots and chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour into a 9×13 inch dish or individual molds.
  6. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours or overnight.
