Instructions

- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a flat patty.
- Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Carefully place the patties in the hot oil, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the cooked patties from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
