Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, plus extra for drizzling
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, heavy cream, white chocolate chips, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice in a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat, whisking constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is hot, but not boiling. Do not let it boil.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce.
  4. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs.
