Description
A simple recipe for seasoned chicken breasts cooked with sliced bell peppers.

- 1.5 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
- Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add sliced bell peppers and onion to the same skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet with the vegetables.
- Stir everything together and cook for 1 minute more to heat through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any color of bell peppers you prefer.
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning based on your preference for spice.
