A quick and easy recipe for deconstructed cheeseburger bowls.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Form the mixture into four equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until done to your preference.
- Place one slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
- Divide lettuce, tomato, and onion among four serving bowls.
- Place one cheeseburger patty on top of the vegetables in each bowl.
- Top each bowl with ketchup and mustard.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
- Use your favorite cheese instead of cheddar.
- Add pickles or bacon bits for extra flavor.
