Description
A cold pasta salad featuring shredded chicken tossed in buffalo sauce with celery and cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the ranch dressing and buffalo wing sauce until combined.
- Add the cooled pasta, shredded chicken, celery, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese to the dressing mixture.
- Toss gently until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Stir in the green onion.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier salad, increase the amount of buffalo wing sauce.
- You can substitute blue cheese dressing for ranch dressing if preferred.
