Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a medium bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy, flipping halfway through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of garlic powder or red pepper flakes before roasting.
- You can also add a drizzle of balsamic glaze after roasting.
