Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and immediately rub each slice with the halved garlic clove.
- In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, and olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.
