  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, eggs, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until just combined, do not overmix.
  4. Lightly spray the waffle iron with cooking spray.
  5. Pour about 1/2 cup of batter onto the hot waffle iron.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the waffle is cooked through and crispy.
  7. Carefully remove the brownie waffle with a fork or tongs.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
