- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour batter into the prepared springform pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set. Let cool completely in the pan.
- Press the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly over the cooled brownie layer.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in sour cream.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough layer.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door ajar for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight.
- In a small saucepan, combine milk chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth.
- Pour ganache over the chilled cheesecake before serving.
