- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Split each lobster tail lengthwise down the middle.
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream and lemon juice.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
- Spoon the creamy garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through, and the sauce is bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
