A non-alcoholic version of the classic White Russian cocktail using coffee and cream substitutes.
Ingredients

- 4 oz strong brewed coffee, chilled
- 2 oz cream alternative (oat, almond, or coconut cream)
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled strong brewed coffee into the glass.
- Add the simple syrup to the coffee mixture.
- Slowly pour the cream alternative over the back of a spoon onto the drink to create layers.
- Serve immediately without stirring.
Notes
- Adjust the simple syrup amount based on your preferred sweetness level.
- For a richer flavor, use cold brew concentrate instead of regular brewed coffee.
