- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.

- Toss the cooked meatballs in the sauce mixture until they are fully coated.
- Stretch or roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and place it on the prepared pan.
- Spread a thin layer of the remaining sauce mixture over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Distribute the sauced meatballs evenly over the sauce layer.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and provolone cheeses over the meatballs.
- Scatter the sliced red onion on top.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh cilantro before slicing and serving.

- Adjust the amount of Sriracha to control the heat level.
- If you prefer a crispier crust, bake the crust for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
