- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely before chilling in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh key lime juice.
- You can substitute regular lime juice if key limes are not available.
- Whip cream to serve on top.
