Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded beef, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the beef and vegetable mixture.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
