- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 1 medium head green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
- Add cabbage, onion, garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Pour in beef broth, sugar, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing sauce to thicken slightly.
- Serve immediately.
