  • 1 pound lo mein noodles

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, sesame oil, beef broth, and sugar. Set aside.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  5. Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet.
  6. Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
