- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 pound lo mein noodles
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, ginger, and garlic. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together oyster sauce, sesame oil, beef broth, and sugar. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove beef from skillet.
- Add broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return beef to the skillet. Add the prepared sauce mixture.
- Add cooked lo mein noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve immediately.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- You can substitute other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
