- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl.
- Stir in the chopped walnuts, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream for serving.
- Adjust the amount of sugar to your preference.
- Other nuts like pecans or almonds can be used instead of walnuts.
