- 12 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Press the crescent roll dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish, sealing any seams.

- Distribute the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the meat layer.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cheese and meat layers.

- Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes

- For a creamier texture, use half-and-half instead of milk.
- Prepare this casserole the night before and refrigerate; add 5-10 minutes to the baking time if baking directly from the refrigerator.
