Description
A delicious and easy sheet pan lasagna that combines the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger with the comfort of lasagna.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Arrange 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread one-third of the remaining meat sauce over the noodles.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
- Repeat layers two more times, ending with the remaining noodles, sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add pickles or a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the meat mixture.
- Serve with your favorite burger toppings like lettuce, tomato, and onion.
