A quick, blended drink mimicking the flavor of apple pie.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions
- Place the almond milk, chopped apple, Greek yogurt, rolled oats, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg into a blender.
- Add the ice cubes.
- Blend on high speed until completely smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of almond milk slightly.
- Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder for extra protein content.
