- 1/2 medium apple, thinly sliced

- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the flatbread with olive oil.
- Arrange the apple slices evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle the feta cheese and walnuts over the apples.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the flatbread is golden brown and the cheese is slightly melted.
- While the flatbread is baking, mix the chopped rosemary and honey in a small bowl to create the drizzle.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven.
- Drizzle the rosemary-honey mixture over the top.
- Slice and serve immediately.
