Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 small box instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and flour two loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl, combine starter, eggs, oil, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and pudding mix.
  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour batter evenly into prepared loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
