Quick and easy air fryer mushrooms, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, cleaned and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the cleaned and halved mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the mushrooms are tender and slightly browned.
- Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of balsamic vinegar or soy sauce before air frying.
- Leftover mushrooms can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
