Quick and easy air fryer mushrooms, perfect as a side dish or appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound cremini mushrooms, cleaned and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cleaned and halved mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  3. Place the seasoned mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding.

  5. Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
