Instructions
- For Classic Chocolate Truffles: Melt chocolate chips and heavy cream in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Stir in butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Chill for at least 2 hours. Roll into balls and coat in cocoa powder or sprinkles.
- For Peanut Butter Truffles: Mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and crushed Oreos in a bowl until combined. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
- For Oreo Truffles: Blend crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes. Dip in melted chocolate if desired.
- For Cake Batter Truffles: Mix cake mix, milk, and sprinkles in a bowl until combined. Roll into balls and chill for 30 minutes.
