  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
  7. Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
