Ingredients

- 1 (9 ounce) package refrigerated ravioli
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 (15 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- While ravioli cooks, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
- Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
- Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
- For a richer sauce, you can add a splash of heavy cream.
- Feel free to add cooked chicken, sausage, or vegetables to the sauce.
