Ingredients

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/2 cup snap peas

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. While noodles cook, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, ginger, and garlic in a small bowl.
  3. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
