- 1 flatbread or pita
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 fresh basil leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with torn basil leaves.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
- You can use any type of flatbread or pita.
- Adjust the amount of cheese and sauce to your preference.
- Add other toppings like cherry tomatoes or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
